3.2 Distributor insolvency or cessation of activity

As a good-faith, non-binding measure, Data General LLC may intermediate with alternative local distributors to explore possible solutions, without assuming legal or financial responsibility.
4. Returns and claims
All return requests, claims or incidents related to:

must be addressed directly to the distributor that supplied the product.
Return authorization and acceptance are subject to the distributor’s policies.
5. Demo and evaluation packs
Demo or evaluation packs may be offered exclusively to authorized distributors or partners.

6. Cloud services and software platforms
